| 摘 要： | 辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)是一种重要的含血红素酶,具有结构特殊、酶源丰富、性质稳定、价格低廉等优点,在众行业中用途广泛。本文综述了辣根过氧化物酶的特性、作用机理及辣根过氧化物酶处理酚类废水的应用,并对现存问题和解决途径进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | Horseradish peroxidase(HRP) is an important heme-containing enzyme that has been studied for more than a century.In recent years,HRP is recognized as the most versatile enzyme for applications of all kinds of fields due to its unique structure,its stability,plenty of source and low cost.The properties,mechanisms of catalysis and research progresses of Horseradish peroxidase in the treatment of phenols from wastewater were introduced significantly.The present problems and their solutions were discussed.So I think that we need to do more research in the field. |
