Ca( Li1/3 Nb2/3 ) O3-δ基陶瓷的制备工艺研究

摘    要:研究了制备工艺对Ca( Li1/3 Nb2/3 ) O3-δ基陶瓷介电性能的影响.研究表明,当球磨时间和成形压力分别为4h、150MPa时,陶瓷微波介电性能最佳:εr=31.6,Qf=13100GHz,τf=-9.4ppm/℃.

Abstract:Effect of preparation processing on dielectric properties of Ca( Li1/3 Nb2/3 ) O3-δ- based ceramics was discussed. The results of research show that the optimum microwave dielectric properties:εf= 31.6, Qf = 13100GHz ,and τf = -9.4ppm/℃ were obtained when milling time and forming pressure was 4 hour and 150Mpa, respectively.
