| 摘 要： | 研究了制备工艺对Ca（ Li1/3 Nb2/3 ） O3-δ基陶瓷介电性能的影响．研究表明，当球磨时间和成形压力分别为4h、150MPa时，陶瓷微波介电性能最佳：εr=31．6，Qf=13100GHz，τf=-9．4ppm／℃．

| Abstract: | Effect of preparation processing on dielectric properties of Ca（ Li1/3 Nb2/3 ） O3-δ- based ceramics was discussed. The results of research show that the optimum microwave dielectric properties：εf= 31.6, Qf = 13100GHz ,and τf = -9.4ppm/℃ were obtained when milling time and forming pressure was 4 hour and 150Mpa, respectively. |
