摘    要:运用因子分析方法对影响大学生学习状况的诸多因素进行详细分析,目的是真正了解大学生的学习状况,并找出存在的优点和不足,对应采取措施进行管理,使学生能更好获得知识,改善学习现状,将相互关联的因素提炼成5个相互独立的综合因子,分析得到:决定我校学生学习状况好坏的主要因素是学习态度,从宏观上为学校教学工作提供参考,为教学改进提供依据.本文以成宁学院在校学生作为调查对象,此方法同样可以运用到其他高校,方法具有推广性.

Abstract:This article uses Factor Analysis to study what most important influencing factors impacts the high school students' learning situation in detail,in purpose to know exactly the high school students' learning situation,and finds out their merits and faults.After grasping these,we can take some corresponding measures to carry on the management in order to let students have a good way to acquire more knowledge and,finally change present learning situation.After making twelve related factors into five independent comprehensive factors,we can get: what most determinative factor on our college's learning situation is learning manner.So it macroscopically can provide the reference for the school teaching profession,and provides the basis for the teaching improvement.This article take Xianning University as an Investigation object to survey.This method can apply in other University's situation similarly,so it is feasible and propagable.
