论区域分工与角色定位

伴随知识经济时代的到来，资源、市场与区位等因素的内涵发生了变化，其对产业布局的影响已不同于农业社会与工业社会。全球的资源与市场正在优势互补、走向统一。以欧洲共同体为代表的新一轮的区域角色定位与全球性的分工、合作正在形成。我国正处在由计划向市场、由粗放向集约转变的进程，如何根据新的形式、结合各区域的特点，进行新的角色定位与区域分工意义重大。本从自然地域分异规律与我国经济可持续发展两个方面论述了进行区域分工与角色定位的必要性，并就区域分工与角色定位的工作过程与应遵循的原则等问题进行了理论上的探讨。认为我国现阶段的区域分工与角色定位应遵循一体化原则、动态性原则、客观性原则与不平衡性原则。

Discussion on the Regional Assignment and the Role's Orientation

With the coming of the economy of knowledge, the influence of resources, location, and market on the distribution of industry has been changing. How to guide our enterprises and people to arrange their reduction correctly, according to the new situation, is very important to China. In this paper, the author first analyzed the importance and necessary of the function and role of region in China. Then, the author divided the process of assignment into four phases. Last, four rules that we should abide by in the process of adjustment of economic structure have been put forward.
