高校教师现代教育技术培训的模式与策略

摘    要:随着计算机技术、多媒体技术、网络技术等现代教育技术在高校教育教学中的广泛应用,进一步提高高校教师教学信息化水平显得尤为重要.文中根据高校教师目前的教育技术应用现状和水平,通过分析传统的教师培训模式,结合高校教师的特点(教学内容和教学科研任务的特殊性),探寻了高校教师现代教育技术培训的一种新型模式——任务驱动模式.

Abstract:With computer technology, multimedia technology, network technology and other modern educational technology in the teaching of the wider use of education in colleges and universities. To further enhance the level of informationization teaching, the need to strengthen institutions of higher learning to modern educational technology training for teachers. Teachers in colleges and universities, according to the current status and level of education technology applications through analysis of traditional teacher training model, combining the characteristics of teachers in colleges and universities (teaching content and teaching and research tasks specificity), to explore the modern educational technology training for teachers in colleges and universities of a new model --the mission-driven model.
