延迟法定退休年龄的理性思考

我国于20世纪末进入老年型国家,人口老龄化给我国社会经济等各方面的发展带来诸多不利影响。在人口老龄化进程不断加深的背景下,提高我国法定退休年龄这一议题逐渐引起国内外学者的广泛关注。当前在我国退休年龄偏低、人口预期寿命不断提高以及养老基金缺口加大的背景之下,延迟退休年龄是必然趋势,但是考虑到延迟退休年龄带来的负面影响,应该综合考虑,实行弹性退休、分步退休、加强与群众沟通等多种政策。
