关于河北省对外经济开放度的研究

经济开放水平是衡量一个地区经济发展水平的重要表征。准确把握经济开放度,是一个地区正确制定下一步对外开放战略的基础。从贸易开放度、资本开放度两个方面对河北省的经济开放度进行测度发现,河北省无论是贸易开放度、资本开放度还是经济开放度总体都处于上升趋势,但幅度有限。应继续加大出口的扶持力度,促进出口产品结构升级,改善投资环境,提升企业的竞争力。

Economic Openness analysis of Hebei Province

The level of economic openness is an important characterization of the level of a regional economic development. For a province, correctly grasping the economic openness is the foundation to formulate the subsequent opening-up strategy. This paper measures Hebei province economic openness respectively from the trade openness and capital openness, the two indexes in the province are on the rise, though to small extent. It is necessary to support the export, promote the product upgradation of export products, improve the investment environment and enhance the competitive edge of the enterprises.
