基于群体分化的农村社会养老保险模式探析

随着农村经济的发展,我国农民群体逐步分化,而现行单一的农村社会养老保险模式已不能满足新形势下农村社会养老保险的需求。培养农民养老保险参与意识、完善相关法律体系、加强财政支持力度,可以积极促进农村社会养老保险的发展。

Analysis of Social Endowment Insurance Model Based on Rural Differentiation

With the development of the rural economy, the Chinese rural population is greatly diversified. However, the current rural social insurance model could not meet the need of rural endowment insurance under the new situation. Therefore, it is most imperative for current Chinese social insurance models in line with the rural characteristics. Based on the rural differentiation, this article proposed four models of social endowment insurance and developed some suggestion and solutions. It is of important implications to accomplish rural endowment insurance.
