| 摘 要： | 构建“和谐河北”主要面临着五个方面的矛盾,这些矛盾的核心问题就是供给和需求的矛盾,解决这一矛盾的基本途径就是更快更好地进行经济建设、建构公平合理的制度体系和具有时代精神的思想道德体系。
