非物质文化遗产作为民族文化之根,承载着历史的积淀,保存了民族的记忆。它是中华民族传统文化的重要组成部分。非物质文化遗产的民族文化精神在构建和谐社会中发挥着促进民族团结、维护国家统一、增强民族凝聚力和向心力的重要作用,对此,政府要加大宣传力度,建立永久机构,采取相应的保护措施。

On Intangible Cultural Heritage

Intangible cultural heritage, the root of national culture, carries on the historical accumulation and preserves the memory of the nation. The spirit of national culture, a kind of intangible culture heritage, helps to promote ethnic solidarity, maintain national unity, and improve national cohesion. Therefore, great publicity efforts shall be designed and permanent institutions shall be established by relevant government departments in order to effectively protect intangible cultural heritage.
