| 摘 要： | 大学生职业生涯规划课程的有效开设是落实高校培养目标的重要途径之一。目前，河北省大学生职业生涯规划课程的理论体系尚不完善，今后的职业生涯规划课程的开设应从教学理念方法、内容、团队等方面实现本土化，以增强针对性，突出实效性。

| Abstract: | Career planning course for college students is one of the methods to fulfill the goals of colleges in cultivating talents. So far the theoretical system for the career planning course is far from mature. Therefore, some measures have to be taken to improve the teaching concepts, content, and team to realize the local teaching so as to ensure its effeetivenss. |
