| 摘 要： | 在认知语言学中,隐喻不但是一种十分重要的语言现象,而且它还是一种重要的思维方式,可以用来帮助我们更好地了解这个世界。隐喻从本质上来说就是一种映射,即从始源域到目标域的映射。爱情,人类情感永恒的主题,其隐喻的表达在英汉两种语言中比比皆是。研究爱情隐喻在两个概念域(始源域和目标域)之间的跨域映射问题,能帮助人们更好地了解爱情隐喻的工作机制。

| Abstract: | Metaphor is not only an important linguistic phenomenon but also the way of thinking in cognitive linguistics, which can help us to have a better idea about the world. It is essentially described as the mapping from the source domain to the target domain. Love is the human beings＆#39; eternal topic. Love metaphors abound in both English and Chinese language. Studying the mappings across conceptual domains （source domain and target domain） of love metaphors in both English and Chinese language can help people understand the working mechanism of love metaphors better. |
