摘    要:大众化教育的深入实施,使地方高师院校实现了规模扩张,但无论从外延建设,还是从内涵建设等方面,都没有同步跟上发展的需要。师范生由于就业方向的针对性和特殊性,其教师教育技能应是最基本的。从当前地方高师院校师范生培养的现状以及诸多用人单位的反馈意见来看,师范生的教师教育技能呈整体下滑趋势,这已经影响到整个基础教育的质量和可持续发展,影响到毕业生的成长成才。因此,需要站在基础教育发展前景和人才培养质量的高度,回归师范生培养本原,明确师范生培养目标定位,打造教师教育技能拓展活动体系和实践教学体系,建立师范教育和基础教育协同合作平台,切实提高师范生的师范意识、师范理念和教师教育技能。

Consideration and Reconstruction on Teaching Skills of Local Normal Colleges and Universities

Abstract:The in-depth implementation of the popular education makes the local normal colleges and universities realize scale expansion, but no matter from the extension construction, or from the aspects of connotation construction, they didn't keep up with the needs of the development synchronously. Due to the employment direction and particularity, the teacher education should be the most basic skill of students. From the present situation of the current local normal colleges and universities students cultivation and many feedback term from employer, the skill teacher education normal university students shows the overall downward trend, which has affected the quality of the whole basic education and its sustainable development, and affect the graduates growing up. Therefore, we need to stand on the height of the basic education development prospects and the talent training quality, return to the normal training principle, clear the objective orientation of students cultivation, make the teacher education skills development activities system and practical teaching system, establish the collaboration platform of normal education and basic education, effectively enhance students consciousness of teacher-training, pedagogical ideas and teacher education skills.
