| 摘 要： | 河北省劳动力资源丰富,但总体上还存在受教育程度低、产业分布不合理等问题。要加快产业转型升级进程,需不断提升劳动者素质,优化劳动力就业结构,推动劳动力产业转移。

| Abstract: | There are abundant labor resources in Hebei province,but on the whole,still exist low education degree,the unreasonable industrial distribution problems.To speed up the transformation and upgrading process of industry,we need to continuously improve the quality of workers,optimize labor employment structure,and promote labor industrial transfer. |
