Research on Location Selection for Offshore Financial Center in Tumen River Area

With the financial globalization,the establishment of the offshore financial market has been paid attention by many countries,especially the developing countries have no developed the financial system of,through the establishment of offshore financial market can promote one country financial system consummation and financial market reform,shorten the gap with the world developed financial state and develop competition.According to the establishment and development conditions of the offshore financial center,the article analyzes advantages of establishing the offshore financial center of Changchun,Jilin and Huichun cities in the Tumen river area,use the AHP model to carry through the hierarchy analysis and fuzzy evaluation analysis on the location choice of offshore financial center in the Tumen river area,finally reach the conclusion that constructing the offshore financial centers at Tumen river is the best choice.
