| 摘 要： | 搞好城市社区管理与服务工作关乎民生幸福与城市形象。河北省城市社区建设中存在的主要问题有行政性事务繁多、活动经费不足、社区工作人员待遇不高等,可考虑采取"立项式"管理与"活动式"服务的措施,以进一步提高城市社区管理与服务的水平。

| Abstract: | Making a good job of urban community management and service work is link with the people’s livelihood happiness and the city image.The main problems existing in the process of urban community construction include various administrative affairs,shortage of funds,the low community staff salary in Hebei province.We can consider using "project type" management and "activity type" service measures,to improve the urban community management and service level further. |
