| 摘 要： | 高校教师在创新人才培养中教学的调整与改进包括:探索新的教学模式,注重个性培养,鼓励自主探究;加大教授对本科教学的投入,为创新人才培养打好知识基础和研究基础;研究生教学要借鉴国外经验,减少讲课时间,加大检查、督促、辅导学生学习的时间。

| Abstract: | The teaching adjustment and improvement of university teachers’ innovative personnel training include that explore new teaching mode,pay attention to personality,encourage independent inquiry,increase the professors’ input to the undergraduate teaching and prepare the good knowledge base and research foundation for the innovative talents training.Graduate students teaching should use foreign experiences for reference,reduce lecture time,and enhance the learning time of inspection,supervision and guidance. |
