| 摘 要： | 档案资料既是历史的积淀,也是社会发展的真实记录和不可或缺的信息资源,因此,档案资料的管理尤为重要。为了加强对档案的规范化、科学化管理,必须采取提高档案管理的服务意识,升级档案基础设施,采用和提高现代化管理手段与水平,完善管理制度和创新管理机制等措施。

| Abstract: | The archives material is the historical accumulation,which is also the true record of social development and the essential information resources.Therefore,archives management is especially important.In order to strengthen the standardization of the archives and scientific management,we must improve the service consciousness of archives management,upgrade file infrastructure,use and improve the modern management means and level,perfect management system,innovate the management mechanism. |
