囚徒困境、交易成本与图书馆知识分享激励

馆员间的知识分享是知识共享的微观基础。从博弈论的角度看,馆员的知识分享是一个“囚徒困境”博弈,双方的占优策略并非最优结局。从交易成本的角度看,由于知识的隐性和外部性等交易特性、个人动机因素和组织、制度等环境因素都可能导致知识分享障碍,对此,应建立科学的激励机制,降低交易成本,激励图书馆员分享知识的对策。

Prisoner's Dilemma, Transaction Cost and Librarian's Knowledge Sharing Incentive

Knowledge sharing library culture is an important aspect in constructing a harmonious library, and its microscopic foundation is knowledge sharing between librarians. After summarizing the predecessors' research on knowledge sharing library, the author analyzes the necessity and the barrier to knowledge sharing between librarian by the game theory and the information economics theory, proposes some countermeasures to incent the librarian to share their knowledge.
