摘 要: | 我国在2009年颁布了《文化产业振兴规划》,它标志着发展文化产业已经上升到国家战略层面。河北省在发展文化创意产业上应该形成自己的发展特色,即应该整合力量,优化资源,寻求更广泛的国际合作;人才培育与引进并举,促进文化创意产业可持续发展;注重品牌建设与知识产权保护,努力建设八大强势文化产业。

Abstract: | China issued Plan of Revitalizing Cultural Industry in 2009,indicating that the development of cultural industry has been taken as a national strategy.Hebei Province shall develop cultural industry with its own features: integrate channels,optimize resources,seek broad international cooperation;introduce and cultivate talents to promote the sustainable development of cultural creation industry;strengthening brand construction and protection of intellectual property right so as to build the eight major cultural industries. |
