研究性学习在专业课教学中的应用

摘    要:着重介绍了研究性学习的特点和作用,并针对传统制糖专业课教学方法中存在的同题,探讨了通过在专业课教学中引入研究性学习的教学方法,提出了要"以学生中心",激发研究生的发现问题、分析问题以及融汇知识、理解知识的能力,从而培养出较强创新精神和实践能力的制糖专业高素质人才.

Abstract:The characteristics and role of research study were introduced,and the problems of the traditional sugar specialized teaching methods were discussed.It was set out theStudent Centerby the introduction of the research study in the specialty teaching to inspire Graduate discovery problems,analyze the issues and to integrate the knowledge, understanding knowledge capacity in order to cultivate a strong spirit of innovation and capacity to practice the sugar professional high-quality personnel.
