摘    要:利用壳聚糖分子中氨基的特性,与过量的碘甲烷进行彻底的甲基化反应合成水溶性的壳聚糖三甲基季铵盐,经纯化后,将壳聚糖三甲基季铵盐与过量的一氯乙酸反应合成一种新型的两亲性化合物O-羧甲基-N-三甲基壳聚糖季铵盐(O-C arboxym ethy l-N-triM ethy lCh itosan Q uaternary amm on ium sa lt,CM TM C),经纯化后进行了结构表征.

Abstract:The water soluble tri-methy quaternary ammonium salt of chitosan is synthesized by exchaustive methylation of amino in the chitosan with excess methyl iodide,A new type of amphiphilic quaternary ammonium salt of O-CarboxyMethyl-N-triMethylChitosan(TMCMC) was prepared reaction of tri-methy quaternary ammonium salt of chitosan with excess chloroacetic acid,its structure is characterized after purification.
