小型客车车架前纵梁碰撞性能的模拟仿真

摘    要:为了改进小型客车正碰撞性能,建立了小型客车车架前纵梁碰撞的有限元模型.利用ABAQUS软件中显示积分算法模块对小型客车做了正面碰撞刚性墙的碰撞仿真试验.得出了对所设计的前纵梁在不同截面形状、不同材料以及不同厚度等设计方案,在不同车速下前纵梁碰撞变形和吸能效果的仿真实验结果,最后从中选出好的设计方案.前纵梁碰撞性能模拟仿真试验表明,运用该软件模拟汽车零部件碰撞,优化设计方案是可行的.

Abstract:In order to improve a mini-bus crashworthiness,firstly,a finite element method model was built.Secondly,the simulating crash experiment was done by ABAQUS explicit model.Finally,according to the simulating results of different cross section areas,different materials and different thinks,the optimize design was determined.In conclusion,the results showed that the method of the simulation was a feasible way to ensure a new designed the mini-bus having good crashworthiness.
