| 摘 要： | 以15-羟基十五烷酸甲酯为原料,采用固体酸HY沸石催化剂合成环十五内酯,探讨HY沸石性质与环化反应关系,寻找固体酸催化合成环十五内酯优化条件.实验结果表明,HY沸石颗粒越小,越有利于环化反应;N aY沸石,再经阳离子交换再脱铝催化生成环十五内酯的转化率为:9.02%.

| Abstract: | Methyl w-hydroxy-pentadecanate synthesized cyclopentadecanolide by solid acid HY zeolite catalyzed. It discussed the relationship between the characteristic of HY zeolite and cyclization, and searched the optimize condition. The result showed that the smaller the particle of HY zeolite was the better the cyclization was. For the NaY zeolite, after cation exchanging first and taken off aluminum, it got 9.02% conversion ratio. |
