CFG桩处理局部软弱地基土的工程实践

摘    要:对某高校住宅楼局部分布的灰黑色淤泥软粘土地基采用CFG桩处理,分别用三个不同的经验公式计算了面积置换率与复合地基承载力.计算结果显示.不同的公式所得的结果存在较大差异、计算变形较实测变形为大.说明本工程的参数取值是安全的;另外计算与实测相比.说明地基参数的取值还待挖掘,同时也说明经验与实际情况还有很大的差距.因此在实践中注意积累地区经验尤其重要.

Abstract:Making use of CFG pile, which dealt with weak soil for build in an university. three different formula was used to calculate replacement ratio and complex ground capacity. The result show that different result calculated by different formula, calculated deformation is the bigger than surveyed in fact. in this engineer,Parameter which we had used is safety. compare with calculated and surveyed deformation, Parameter which we had used is conservative.it is very important to accumulate engineering experience in region, because it is difference between engineering experience and true case.
