| 摘 要： | ４５例高血压急诊患者采用卡托普利２５ｍｇ舌下含化，用药后１０ｍｉｎ血压，收率开始降低，用药后３０ｍｉｎ持续下降，降压作用维持约３ｈ，４５例患者效率８５％，总有效率１００％。

| Abstract: | Forty -five patients with severe hypertension (M24,F2l, the average age of 56
years old) have received captopril 25 mg sublingual,the blood pressure and the heart rate of
whom were decreased after ten minutes and further decreased after thirty minutes. The effect
of decreasing pressure was continuing three hours. The results showed that the remarkable
effective rate was 85% and the total effective rate was 100%. |
