| 摘 要： | 研究ＰＳＡＺ絮凝剂用量、硫熏强度、ｐＨ值及加热温度对甘蔗混合汁清净效率的影响。并同传统的Ｈ＿３ＰＯ＿４－亚硫酸法澄清工艺进行比较。结果表明，ＰＳＡＺ－亚硫酸法澄清新工艺具有成本低且效果优良的特点。

| Abstract: | This paper studed the effects of the amounts of the flocculent agent, the sulfication strength, the pH volume and the heating temperature on the clarification efficiency for the cane mixed juice, and compared this technique with the traditional H3PO4-Sulfuric acid clariflcation technique. The results showed that the PSAZ-sulfurie acid clarification technique had a feature of lower cost and better effect. |
