| Abstract: | The characterizes of reversed micelle and microemulsion characterizes are introduced in this paper. These two systems have been used forextraction of for many solutes such as protein, enzyme, amino acid, metals and so on in the past two decades.Three mass transfer mechanisms which presented in some publications are also recommended. |
