| Abstract: | On basis of research on laser irradiation mutagenic breeding of Shatian Pomelo,Zhanjiang red orange and C.fusus (lacepede) for about ten years.and a great deal of published research articles the selection of the parameters of biological effects of laser irradiation mutation is discussed.This discussion is carried out in three aspects,laser beam parameters,parameters of mutagenized subject,mutagenic effect parameters.The importance of isoemzume mutagenic parameters is presented especially in discussion of mutagenic effect parameters. |
