下部钻柱涡动机理及规律的实验研究

摘    要:应用下部钻柱运动状态模拟实验装置,验证分析了下部钻柱涡动机理及规律.研究表明:(1)下部钻柱正向涡动源于钻柱重量、质量偏心等因素,反向涡动源于钻柱与井壁之间的碰摩作用.(2)下部钻柱与井壁之间是否发生碰摩,通常以下部钻柱的1阶临界转速为界.(3)下部钻柱反向涡动频率与自转频率之比等于钻柱半径与井眼间隙之比.

Abstract:By inner simulate device on motion behavior of bottom drillstring,whirling mechanism of bottom drillstring and its rules were verified and analyzed.Then,some conclusions were drawn as follows.(1) The forward whirling of bottom drillstring is due to its gravity and its mass distributing eccentrically.The backward whirling is due to the collision and friction interaction between drillstring and borehole wall.(2) Whether the interaction between drillstring and borehole wall occured is determined by its first rank critical rotate speed.(3) The ratio between the backward whirling frequency and the rotation frequency is the one between the drillstring radius and the clearance referred to the wall.
