| 摘 要： | 采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取复方玉屏风挥发油,用毛细管气相色谱-质谱联用方法(GC-MS)结合计算机检索对其化学成分进行分析和鉴定,用峰面积归一化法得出各化学成分的相对百分含量,并与单味药材挥发油成分进行对比.从复方玉屏风挥发油中分离出124个峰,确认了其中63种化学成分,占挥发油总量的70.51%,其组成不同于单味药材挥发油.复方挥发油成分并非构成复方的单味药材挥发油成分的简单加和.
