摘    要:为了减少滑行刨煤机无用功率,提高刨煤机运行能耗利用率,选择刨煤机的刨削深度、刨刀间距、一次循环刨头采高、刨刀宽度为设计参数,以刨煤机刨削机构比能耗最低为优化目标,采用人工鱼群算法对刨煤机刨削机构进行参数优化,优化结构表明:在刨削结构刨头外形尺寸不变且结构强度满足的条件下,刨煤机刨削结构的比能耗减少了7.89%,破碎率上升了1.45%,达到了节能降耗的目的。

Abstract:In order to reduce the plow machine energy consumption,structure parameters of the plow were optimized by using artificial fish school algorithm and by taking the planing depth,planer spacing,mining height,planer width of plow machine as design parameters,and lowest energy consumption of plow machine was chosen as optimal objective.Optimized results indicate that energy consumption of the plow machine reduces by 7.89% and the crushing rate increases by 1.45% under conditions that plow machine dimensions is unchanged and the structural strength and stiffness are ensured.This strategy could be used to achieve energy saving.
