HRB500钢筋的锚固设计及可靠度分析

摘    要:为了研究HRB500钢筋的粘结锚固性能,进行了111个配置HRB500钢筋的混凝土试件的拉拔试验,分析了HRB500钢筋的粘结强度、失效状态以及锚固长度的可靠度,建立了HRB500钢筋直锚和机械锚固形式下的粘结强度计算公式,其计算结果与试验值吻合较好;通过可靠度分析,HRB500钢筋的设计锚固长度可按《混凝土结构设计规范》(GB50010-2002)相关公式计算;提出了HRB500钢筋机械锚固长度与其直锚时的基本锚固长度的折算比值表,为工程设计提供了依据。

Abstract:Pull-out tests were carried out on 111 concrete specimen reinforced with HRB500 steel bars to investigate the bond-anchorage performance.The bond strength,the failure status and the reliability of anchorage of HRB500 steel bars were analyzed.The established calculation formula of bond strength for direct anchorage and mechanical anchorage were consistent with the experimental results.The anchorage length could still be calculated according to the formula given by the code for concrete structure design(GB 50010-2002).The ratio table of anchorage length between mechanical anchorage and direct anchorage was proposed,which provided references for engineering project designs.
