| 摘 要： | 人工智能已成为推动新一轮科技革命和产业变革的驱动力，世界发达国家纷纷把发展人工智能提升至国家战略高度，争相出台相关政策。通过解析美国、英国、法国、德国、欧盟、日本和中国的人工智能政策，借鉴发达国家的人工智能政策和相关措施，提出了发展中国人工智能的政策建议。 |

| Abstract: | Artificial intelligence (AI) has become a driving force for the new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation. The developed countries in the world have raised the research and development of artificial intelligence to the national strategic level, and issued their relevant strategies and policies in time. In this paper we try to analyze the AI policies of the United States, England, France, Germany, the European Union, and Japan. Then we talk about the AI situation in China. On the basis of the AI policies and related measures of developed countries, we propose some corresponding inspirations and suggestions for the policy implementation and development of AI in China. |
