国防科技创新的必由之路——协同创新

 分析了国防科技创新概念的内涵及国外开展国防科技协同创新的情况，探讨了中国开展国防科技创新的必要性，提出了开展国防科技创新的4种模式，即基于网络平台的跨域协同创新模式、基于强强联合的合作协同创新模式、基于整合相同相近科研机构开展一体化科研的协同创新模式、基于军民融合的协同创新模式。

The cooperation is the only way towards innovation of the national defense science and technology

This paper shows the necessity of developing the national defense science and technology innovationon based on the new concept of the innovation of the national defense science and technology and the analysis of the cooperative innovation of the national defense science and technology in the world. It is shown that there are four modes of the national defense science and technology innovation, whichare:the cross domain collaborative innovation model based on the network platform, the cooperative innovation model based on the combination of institutions of big capacities, the cooperative innovation model based on the integration of similar scientific research institutions to carry out integrated scientific research, and the cooperative innovation model based on the military and civilian integration.
