海上合成编队指挥信息体系特征行为分析

摘    要: 探讨了海上合成编队指挥信息体系5个方面的特征行为,包括组成单元的“独立性”、组成结构模式演化的“不确定性”、指挥与信息流程的可变性、组成部分与整体间的“涌现性”以及部署区域上的分布性。海上合成编队指挥信息体系是典型的体系范例,在其设计、部署、运行与管理上,都需要从“系统观”转向“体系观”。

Abstract:With shift of focus from traditional offshore waters defence to open seas protection, the formation command information system of the maritime combat forces has changed fundamentally, reflecting more behavioral characteristics of an architecture than a system. This paper studies and analyzes five behavioral characteristics of the command information architecture of maritime composite formation, namely, independence of component units, uncertainty of architecture patterns evolution, variability of command and information process, emergent properties of components and whole architecture, and distributivity of deployment zones. In a word, as a typical example, the command information architecture of maritime composite formation should be taken as an architecture instead of a system in terms of its design, deployment, operation and management.
