改革开放以来中国工业化与城市化协调度分析

在阐述工业化与城市化协调度理论的基础上，建立了工业化综合水平指数与城市化综合水平指数之间协调度模型。对改革开放以来24年的中国区域工业化与城市化协调度的时空进行分析，其结果显示：（1）从时间上看，改革开放后，中国工业化与城市化基本经历了两个明显的阶段，即1978-1991年是中国工业化与城市化不协调发展时期，而1992-2001年是基本协调发展时期；（2）从空间上看，中国区域工业化与城市化协调度分布明显存在着地带性差异，东部地区大部分省区的协调度较高，中西部除了少数省区协调度较高外，其它大部分省区的协调度都较低。中国省区的工业化与城市化协调度地区分布还似乎和区域经济发展水平存在很大的空间对应关系，即经济发展水平高的省区的协调度相对较高，而经济发展水平相对较低的省区协调度相对较低。

A STUDY ON THE COORDINATION DEGREE BETWEEN INDUSTRIALIZATION AND URBANIZATION IN CHINA SINCE REFORM AND OPENING UP

Based on the theory of industrialization and urbanization, the paper firstly offers a Coordinated Model (CDM) on the relation between comprehensive index industrialization and urbanization comprehensive index. The author expounds the notion of coordination degree and believes that there exist two periods of the coordination degree from 1978 to 1991 and from 1992 to 2001. From the viewpoint of time, the former period is not harmony and the latter period is mainly harmony. At the same time, from the viewpoint of space, the results of the demonstrative analysis on the provinces (regions) in China by using the CDM has revealed that the coordination degree between industrialization and urbanization has belt differences, i.e., the most provinces (regions) in the east region are harmony but the most provinces (regions) in the middle & western regions are not. Meanwhile, the coordination degree between industrialization and urbanization and the level of economic development has spatial relations, the coordination degrees are higher where the level of economic development is higher, otherwise, the coordination degrees is low.
