| 摘 要： | 提倡编辑氛围和谐,目的是促进科技期刊的良性循环。通过列举编辑工作中的典型不和谐现象,提醒编者正确梳理和平衡编辑领域的人际关系,调动相关各方积极性,使之相互信赖、和睦相处、协同工作。和谐编辑氛围的形成,有利于弥补编者自身知识和能力的先天不足,保障编辑工作目标的实现。

| Abstract: | A harmonious editorial atmosphere may promote a positive circulation of sci-tech periodicals.Some typical examples of unharmonious phenomena in the editors' work are given to remind editors of the importance of a good relationship in the editorial field,for evoking intiatives of editors,authors,and readers,building trust among them and encouraging their cooperations.A harmonious editorial atmosphere can make up the deficiency in editors' knowledge and capability,and ensure the achievement of editors' working objectives. |
