基于正交试验的硫化矿石结块影响因素分析

摘    要: 采用正交试验设计的方法,在已有研究成果的基础上,对采自某矿山的硫化矿石按照4因素3水平的正交表进行实验,通过直观分析计算各因素的极差,确定各主要因素对硫化矿石结块影响的显著性。实验结果表明,各因素对结块影响程度大小的顺序为:温度>含水量>湿度>粒度。通过趋势图分析易知硫化矿石的结块率随各因素数值的变化而呈现的趋势,并通过单因素实验,进一步分析温度、湿度、含水量及粒度对硫化矿石结块的影响机制,对各因素与结块率的关系曲线进行拟合,得到定量的表达式,初步判断实验室条件下改变各因素对硫化矿石结块程度的影响,验证正交试验的可行性。单因素实验表明,环境温度、湿度以及硫化矿石的含水量、粒度对硫化矿石的结块均有促进作用。
