纺锤体流量计流场的数值模拟

摘    要:介绍了一种新型的节流式差压流量计——纺锤体流量计,推导了差压式流量计的一般理论以及用于纺锤体流量计的具体形式,并对纺锤体流量计的流动特性进行了数值模拟.结果表明,在来流规则和畸变情况下,纺锤体等直径段部分均能很好地形成环形槽道流动,使测量重复性和精确度得到大幅提高成为可能;同时,由于完全避免了流动分离,与孔板流量计相比,压力损失与所得差压之比小得多,在高雷诺数下尤为明显.实验结果验证了数值模拟的可靠性.

Abstract:Spindle flowmeter, a new type of differential pressure flowmeter, is introduced. The general formulation for different pressure flowmeter and the formula for the spindle are derived, The numerical simulation was conducted, The results indicate that an annular channel flow is formed in conditions of regular and aberrant coming stream, which makes it possible to improve the repeatability and precision of measurement. The ratio of non-recovered pressure drop to differential pressure obtained as an output from spindle is much less than orifice plate, especially at higher Reynolds Number, The experiment results validate the reliability of the numerical simulation,
