摘    要:介绍了HD型全自动显微镜光度计中主要的硬件技术与实施效果:采用16位A/D转换高速数据采集,强化抗干扰措施,应用新型光电转换器等技术提高了煤岩反射率测定精度。引入电子目镜与视频窗口,替代了观察显微镜操作。通过自动调焦解决了自动测定过程中显微镜焦距变化影响测值准确问题。通过重新定义新型多键鼠标功能,实现了用鼠标按键完成全部测定过程操作。通过温度自动校正,使不同温度下的测定结果全部校正到标准状态。对HD型全自动显微镜光度计有针对性地设计与实施了严格考核。

Abstract:The main hardware technique adopted in HD type full-automatic microscope photometer and its effects are introduced. The accuracy for coal reflectance is improved by adopting 16 bits A/D conversion date capture with high speed, enhancing anti-disturbing technique and applying new type photoelectric transducer. The electron eyepiece and video window are introduced, which can substitute observation microscope operation. The problem affecting accuracy due to focus change during the automatic measurement is solved by focusing automatically. It is realized using mouse to complete all measurement operation by redefining the new multiply-key mouse function. Reflectance under different temperature is converted into standard state by automatic temperature calibration. The strict assessment method is designed and carried out.
