| 摘 要： | 为探讨应用三维定向放射治疗计划系统,CT引导下行放射性125Ⅰ粒子组织间植入治疗复发性宫颈癌的可行性和疗效.以15例宫颈癌术后复发患者为研究对象,行CT引导下125Ⅰ粒子植入术.在CT引导下12例患者经阴道穿刺将125Ⅰ粒子植入靶区肿瘤内,3例患者经皮穿刺将粒子植入.每个瘤体内植入粒子数为5～58粒,平均为25粒.粒子活度25.9 MBq,术后行CT检查评价治疗效果.2月后CT复查结果显示,15例患者中完全缓解率为33.3%(5/15).部分缓解率为46.7%(7/15).稳定率13.3%(2/15),病变扩展率为6.7%(1/15),治疗总有效率为80%.2个月随访期间未发现粒子游走、膀胱-阴道瘘、直肠-阴道瘘、直肠纤维化、肺动脉栓塞、局部出血、感染等并发症发生.CT引导下放射性125Ⅰ粒子植入治疗复发宫颈癌.具有安全有效、创伤小、并发症发生率低、近期疗效显著等优势.
