经济型硅橡胶模具快速制造工艺方法和关键技术

针对当前基于快速原型的硅橡胶模具制作中有时存在的较大材料浪费现象,提出了一种经济型硅橡胶模具制造工艺方法,利用石膏代替不与母模直接接触的硅橡胶起支撑作用,从而达到经济性的目的。本文还给出了经济型模具制造工艺流程及适于该经济型模具的原型母模的结构特征,研究了经济型硅橡胶模具制造工艺中的关键技术问题,并进行了基于光固化快速原型的经济型硅橡胶模具的实例制作。应用结果表明,经济型硅橡胶模具制造方法能够替代传统的硅橡胶模具,可较好地实现产品的快速翻制。

Manufacturing Process and Key Technologies of Economic Silicon Rubber Mould

A new method of economic silicon rubber mould is proposed in this paper, which replaces the silicon rubber material that does not contact directly with the prototype with gessoes to decrease waste of materials. The detailed steps of the new process and the appropriate master shapes used for the new silicon fabricating method are discussed, together with the key technologies and the experiment with a SLA rapid prototype. Experimental results show that this economic method can replace the traditional method to satisfy the demands.
