| Abstract: | Young people are the backbone of the scientific and technological contingentsfuture development, and young scientific and technological talents are also the main force of the science and technology, with the most active innovative vitality. Facing In the scientific and technological development strategy in the next 10 to 15 years, the importance of young scientific and technological talents becomes increasingly prominent as a key factor affecting the national scientific and technological development. This paper analyzes and reflects on the development strategy of China's young scientific and technological talents in the future from four aspects; including the talent cultivation, the talent introduction, the talent use and the talent evaluation; and relevant policy suggestions are put forward correspondingly. |
