热降解法制备聚烯烃蜡技术进展

在没有氧气存在的条件下,高分子聚烯烃可以热降解为具有蜡性质的低分子聚烯烃蜡。阐述了聚烯烃的热降解机理及温度、时间、反应器型式等对降解反应的影响;介绍了机械粉碎、气流粉碎、喷雾造粒、冷冻喷霉粉化、溶剂沉淀法和造粒法等超微粉聚乙烯蜡的成型方法;综述了国内外降解法生产聚烯烃蜡的工艺流程。

Progress on Manufacturing Polyolefin Wax by Thermal Degradation

By heating without oxygen or air,the molecular chain of high MW polyolefin polymers can be degraded or cleaved into smaller molecules with wax-like characters.The degradation mechanism and the reaction conditions,including temperature,time and types of reactors are discussed.Various methods of making the micro-size powders of PO waxes,such as mechanical crushing and grinding,air crushing,spraying,cooling-spraying,solvent precipitation and pelletization are reviewed and various processing procedures for the production of degradation polyolefin waxes are presented.
