摘    要:在没有氧气存在的条件下,高分子聚烯烃可以热降解为具有蜡性质的低分子聚烯烃蜡。阐述了聚烯烃的热降解机理及温度、时间、反应器型式等对降解反应的影响;介绍了机械粉碎、气流粉碎、喷雾造粒、冷冻喷霉粉化、溶剂沉淀法和造粒法等超微粉聚乙烯蜡的成型方法;综述了国内外降解法生产聚烯烃蜡的工艺流程。

Abstract:By heating without oxygen or air,the molecular chain of high MW polyolefin polymers can be degraded or cleaved into smaller molecules with wax-like characters.The degradation mechanism and the reaction conditions,including temperature,time and types of reactors are discussed.Various methods of making the micro-size powders of PO waxes,such as mechanical crushing and grinding,air crushing,spraying,cooling-spraying,solvent precipitation and pelletization are reviewed and various processing procedures for the production of degradation polyolefin waxes are presented.
