摘    要:极度濒危物种中华水韭为水韭科水韭属的水生植物,分布在东亚(中国、日本和韩国).由于生存环境的破坏、农耕过度和外来物种的入侵,中华水韭已濒临灭绝,被国际保护联盟列为极度濒危种.从细胞遗传学、居群遗传学、分子进化机制等方面对中华水韭的研究进行综述,为制定该物种的保护措施提供科学依据.

Abstract:Isoetes sinensis(Isoeteaceae)is a critically endangered aquatic quillwort in East Asia(China,Japan and Korea).Isoetes sinensis is highly threatened with extinction due to habitat loss,agricultural land-use,and invasion by exotic species,and is therefore listed ad critically endangered species by the International Conservation Union(IUCN).Cytogenetics,population genetics and evolutionary mechanism of Isoetes sinensis are reviewed.Furthermore,it can also provide valuable references for the conservation of Iso...
