球体斜面运动DEM对比分析

摘    要: 在已有研究基础上,提出了一个全新的研究物体动力学方法。以球体在45°斜面上运动为例,在推导理论公式、建立理论模型、得出理论速度-时间关系和位移-时间关系曲线后,运用散体单元法理论(DEM),通过Borland C++ Builder 6.0平台开发建立了可视化球体-斜面动力学模型。模拟计算不但获得了球体在滑动运动、滑滚运动、纯滚动运动条件下的速度-时间关系和位移-时间关系曲线,还清晰地观察到球体在斜面上的运动状态。将模拟计算得到的曲线与理论速度-时间关系和位移-时间关系曲线进行比较,结果显示,DEM计算结果与理论计算结果完全一致,说明运用DEM理论研究球体斜面运动是完全可行性的。

Abstract:Based on previous research, an innovative method to investigate object dynamics is suggested. Concerning DEM itself, it can precisely simulate the interaction among discrete spheres. DEM is a powerful tool in simulation and calculation. One sphere is kinetic in an inclined plane with 45°. After reasoning theoretical formula and establishing theoretical model by which theoretical relations between velocity-time and displacement-time are acquired respectively, DEM is employed and visual sphere-inclined plane is archived in the platform of Borland C++ 6.0, then, the theoretical formula is deduced. and the theoretical curves are drawn. Also, critical coefficient of friction will be determined when sphere is purely rolling in an inclined plane. The relationship of velocity-time and displacement-time will be achieved respectively when sphere moves on pure displacement condition, sliding and rolling condition, and purely rolling condition, then their relational curves are drawn. These curves are compared to theoretical curves of the relationship between velocity-time, and the relationship between displacement-time. It is concluded that computed results and theoretical results are consistent. Therefore, it is verified that theory of DEM is available.
