基于胶粘拔出法的桥梁结构混凝土强度测试

摘    要: 在进行桥梁结构检测时,采用胶粘拔出法进行混凝土强度测试,不但可以避免破损检测法对结构造成的严重破损,还能够弥补常规非破损法,如回弹法等测试精度不高等缺点。为了便于实际操作,通过比对试验,将一种有机植筋胶作为胶粘拔出法的锚固胶,并设计出了一套可重复利用的钢质锚固件的拉拔系统。比较结果表明,该方法可取得较好效果。在对一批双向钢筋混凝土板的拔出力及其对应的混凝土立方体试块抗压强度进行统计研究分析的基础上,运用最小二乘法,绘制出胶粘拔出法的桥梁结构混凝土强度与拔出力的测强曲线,曲线相关性较好,且相对标准差较小。最后,运用测强曲线,对野外暴露试验站的2片预应力混凝土梁进行胶粘拔出法试验研究,计算值与试验值吻合较好,为胶粘拔出法在桥梁结构混凝土强度测试工程实践中的应用奠定了基础。
