| 摘 要： | 许多研究动向表明,社会计算已成为继科学计算、生物生命计算之后新的国际前沿研究和应用的焦点与方向。我们认为,以认知科学、智能科学和复杂性科学为基础,开展社会计算及其在数字网络化社会状态与趋势的动态分析中的应用,已成为确保国家的安全、和谐社会的建设和科学发展观的落实所刻不容缓的任务。

| Abstract: | After scientific computing and bio-computing, recent research trend indicates that social computing has become a focus of current research and development in computing methods and applications. In this paper we advocate that it is imperative and important to conduct research in this emerging area, especially in social computing for dynamical state analysis of digitalized and networked societies. Clearly, social computing based on cognitive and intelligence sciences is significant for the national security and for securing the implementation of scientific social development and the construction of a harmonious society. |
