| 摘 要： | 以中国煤矿1980-2000年20年间发生的410起重大瓦斯爆炸事故为研究对象,在系统研究事故致因中人因规律的基础上,对直接导致重大瓦斯爆炸事故的不安全行为进行系统分解与度量,形成了事故中特征性不安全行为规律的四分图,度量并分离出瓦斯爆炸中不同驱动性质的故意违章行为和管理失误行为。

| Abstract: | This paper chooses 410 coalmine fatal gas explosion accidents in China during the 20-year period from 1980 to 2000 and makes a system decomposition and measurement to the unsafe behaviors that directly cause fatal gas explosion accidents, basing on the systematic study on the human factor rules of the causes of accidents; the Four View chart of the characteristics and unsafe behavior rules of accidents is formed. The measurement and separation of the deliberate violation behaviors and management error behaviors, which are of different driving characteristics, offer us a brand-new view to further explore the unsafe behaviors of coalmine fatal gas explosion accidents and establish the research foundations. |
